CRAIG C.O. WATERS, ESQ.
Attorney at Law
Mr. Waters is an experienced real estate attorney whose practice focuses on real estate litigation, business litigation, and transactional business matters. He is also a licensed real estate agent. His attention to detail and focus on making the legal process as transparent as possible to his clients have allowed him to help numerous clients who would have otherwise been too apprehensive to seek legal help to protect their interests. Mr. Waters has over 10 years of experience in business management, ranging from locally-owned companies to Fortune 500 Companies. With this experience in hand, he understands the importance of not only protecting his clients’ interests, but doing so in a cost-effective and economically-feasible manner.
Mr. Waters represents clients in pre-litigation, mediation, arbitration, trial, and transactional matters. Understanding that every case and client are different, he tailors his approach and strategies to fit his clients’ goals and needs. Mr. Waters prides himself in breaking down complicated legal matters and issues for his clients, enabling them to be as involved as they want in resolution of their cases.

Office Manager
Born and raised in Northern California, Kayla moved to the Central Valley to attend CSU Fresno. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Pre-legal Philosophy with a Legal Studies Certificate and two minors in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
She then attended San Joaquin College of Law, earned several academic awards and scholarships, graduated with Distinction among the top 10 of her class, and was awarded the John Loomis Legacy Medal of Distinction.
Before graduating from law school, Kayla began working for a boutique real estate litigation firm, where she gained invaluable experience in real property law. After graduating, she continued to work at that firm until she moved to another small, specialized firm devoted to real estate law as well as personal injury and family law.
She spends her free time with her husband and four children playing strategy board games and hosting her friends and family.
